Position	Description
Medical Director	While not focused on individual medical necessity determinations, the Medical Director will oversee the on-going development of Hill Physicians’ Medical Management Program, which is responsible for individual case review and population management. The role offers important leadership opportunities within the organization and the broader community. You will report to the Vice President for Medical Group Services and participate in numerous PriMed/HPMG initiatives, lending your expertise, experience, and leadership to new strategies and interventions designed to produce optimal quality outcomes with efficient use of clinical resources.
Analys II	Provide clinical and financial analysis for all company-wide reporting including physician profiling, clinical initiatives, pay for performance projects, facility utilization, physician variation, physician compensation, cost trends, and other operational and clinical projects to support Hill Physicians’ projects and initiatives expected to have a financial impact.
Network Management Consultant	Support PriMed Senior Management and the Hill Physicians’ leadership in the recruitment, compensation development, and management of the Hill Physicians’ provider network.
